Sod-grade seed sourced from Oregon growers and machine-placed at 120% of the recommended planting rate — every seed spaced the way a farm plants a field, not the way a spreader scatters one. Nothing clumps, nothing lands bare, and nothing gets doubled up.
A micro-pellet blend of immediately available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium sits against every seed for a fast, even wake-up. Behind it, a polymer-coated nitrogen pellet meters out food for roughly 120 days, so the lawn keeps filling in long after germination week is over.
Two layers of absorbent cellulose wood-pulp fabric sandwich the seed and fertilizer. Water it once and the fabric grips the soil, holds roughly six times its own weight in moisture, shades the seed from birds and washout, then breaks down into the ground as the roots take hold. Roll, water, walk away.

Scalp or rake out the dead material and loosen the top inch of soil. A thin layer of topsoil over hard-packed dirt gives the roots somewhere to go.
Unroll green side up and cut, tear or overlap to shape around beds, heads and walkways. No staples or stakes needed on normal grade.
Water until the fabric goes dark and lies flat against the soil. That first soak is what bonds the roll to the ground.
Light water twice a day for two weeks — dark fabric, never pale. First mow once the new grass hits 3 inches.
